Presidential Election and Canidates ( Jack )

      The Most Important part of the Laws is the Presidential Election. The presidential election has many Canidates running For Office.  For Office means running for President. Canidates go to all 50 states to try to convince people to vote for them. A good president is smart, strong, knows what he/she is doing, and will do what is necessary. Trump is kind of crazy and has no sense of humor. He is very strong but he does what is irrelevant. A good president should not think and do crazy things. Presidents go on shows and debates to convince millions to vote for them. Trump has many followers and is in leading candidates in many debates. A canidate is very rich. Trump is one of the richest businessmen. Voting is held every 4 years. Last vote was 2012 and the newest one is 2016. Candidates can only run for President 2 times.  That's all for Presidents and Trump!

Pleistocene ( Jack )

      The Pleistocene was a period you have probably heard about. The Ice Age! The Ice Age was full of megafauna. Fauna means animal in greek so
Megafauna are bigger. (Examples) Glyptodon, Mammoth, Smilodon (Saber Tooth Tiger), Megatherium, Mastodon, Terrorbirds, Cave Bear, Dire Wolf, Wooly Rhinoceros etc.
 This period ended 11k years ago!
That was the previous period. We, humans have lived in the early Pleistocene. Imagine what it was like back then! Barely any humans,
Many dangers, Lots of things had tusks and armour, and things were BIG. Glyptodon was bigger than a human! Glyptodon looks like an
armodillo. When the Earth moved, North America and South America combined. South America's Terrorbirds were soon tooken over by Smilodon.
Smilodon became apex predator of South America. Terrorbirds still lived but they now ate small prey. 11 Thousand Years ago, The Pleistocene
ended! Many species were wiped out including Smilodon. Scientists think a comet hit Southern Canada and wiped species out.

And Thats all for Pleistocene!

My Minecraft World! CRAZY

          You probably have heard of Minecraft. I got Minecraft Windows 10 for free 2 Days ago. It is a Pocket Edition of Minecraft on computer. I told Eva ( My Sister ) To get Windows 10 so she can get it. My computer can play Pocket edition games etc. Windows 10 Edition is a copy of PE but for computer. Tablet MC can join this version!


    I have built a world called Diamond. In this world I have exploded and renovated, to make this place for mobs ( Animals ). I exploded a crater 15 blocks down and put grass, water, stone, and a barrier. This is next to a lake to there is a gate that has water running down into a pond. I built a huge wall so monsters cannot get in anyway possible. The wall has a walkway so I can walk to where I have chests and where I sleep. I built a house for Sam because he kept building his creations on my house/place-for-animals. The World is great so far! I plan to add more creations. But in the meantime, I will fix up things a bit. I will change it to survival so it is more fun and dangerous. :D I'm going to add a mineshaft to change things up a bit. I will use the Mineshaft to mine for more ore. Ore is vital to survive. Ore is used for anvils, armor, weaponry, light, and cooking!

The cars that Ford made started in 1908 (selling year) Ever since 5 years, Model T or Model T Lizzie (the first car by Ford)Model T Lizzie<-------- overpopulated the US, taking half by Model T's. Then the company grew, and grew until it was today. Probably the most famous models since 1965 were the Mustangs. They are over 50 years old and still are on our roads today.

#1 Minn Of The Mississippi DO NOT READ IF WANT IT SPOILED

Remember this: Some sentences skipped other ones. These are the things I remember.




       Minn hatched in Little Elk Lake in Minnesota. When she hatched and went to water, a boy with a rifle shot her left rear leg off! Minn now had 3 legs but swam to safety. After that an Indian boy found her under a lillypad. He picked her up and put her in a bucket. He put a water bug in after he discovered she had 3 legs. A few days later, The rangers found who was shooting and he paid a fine and lost his rifle. The boy freed her 100 Miles South of where Minn was born. The Indian boy named her Minn because its Indian for water. Then Minn hunted and saved some food for winter. She buried under the mud with the food so she could wake up and eat during winter.

        When she woke up, she saw people so she went to a shady swamp near Illinois. Then she laid her eggs. She moved to a different swamp because it dried out. Now she passes dams and she is very scared. Now a few years later, She is aboard the houseboat Evangeline. The old lady ( I think Martha) Keeps her with her for the summer. She gets free when a cruise hits the Evangeline and the barrel she lived in, tipped over. She was fed so much that she weighed 30 Pounds! Now she traveled down to Missouri. She got tired of that barrel. Now she went to Lake Pepin. She lived in a sunken canoe for a while and then kept on going. She was 13!

My New Computer And What I Think Of It. By Jack

          Yesterday I got a new computer! I am very happy about it. The computer is the Alienware 15R2. This computer can support high graphics! Some cool features are that it has a light-up mousepad, logo, and front screen logo. :D  The front bottom, and the keys light up! This computer has a Nvidia GeForce GTX Graphics card and Intel Core i7 processor. I'm getting used to the feel of it right now. It is 15.3 inches, I think. It has macro keys, too! (Used for shortcuts, I think) I don't know what those do right now.

                The keyboard has much travel and looks great. It took only a week to be made and shipped. I have Minecraft on it already :D. The good thing about getting this computer is that me and my brother don't have to fight anymore :D. The fans are pretty quiet right now but when I think it gets a little bit louder when I play games. I am going to get a mouse, a mousepad, and a headset today. The bad thing is I can only play on hard surfaces because if I play on a squishy thing ( A mattress ) Then the computer gets less air and gets hot.

       I know more about macs than this Dell Alienware because I mostly used a mac. But I know how to use Windows 10 as I write this. The battery power is insane! It charges fast and uses the power slower! Full battery lets me have 7 hours 30 minutes until it dies.

   And that's what I think of my computer!

Christmas what I would do for someone By Jack

What I will do for someone on Christmas. I would help Uncle Sasu and Ooki with things. I can't wait till they come because I have not seen them in a long time.

       I would draw Uncle Sasu a boat and Ooki a drawing of a forest. I would draw the best I can with pencils and markers. I would offer them with something I have that they would like. I am going to make pancakes or crepes on Christmas for them. Ooki hasn't been here since 2013 and Uncle Sasu since 2011. Ooki can speak English pretty good, and Ooki can speak Japanese! Uncle Sasu can speak English fluently and they both know Finnish. I hope they like the crepes we are making for them! :D

    

My Santa Letter By: Jack

     Dear Santa, I would like something fun for Christmas this year. Like an Airhorn pack :D :D. An airhorn pack would be funny and cool. I would use it when necessary.

    And 2 ROBLOX Gift cards from Fye ( A shop ) would be nice. I liked the socks you got me last year but this year I would like the same socks just with bigger size :D. I like chocolate so Christmas chocolate and pez would be nice.

Maybe the Sky Viper Video Drone? It is only around 80$. You don't have to make it if you don't want to. I'm getting a computer so I'm asking for stuff that is cheap.    What I want most is the ROBLOX gift cards, socks, and airhorn pack.

Bugatti is a car company created in the early 1900's by Ettore Bugatti. They make very fast cars!!! Their Veyron goes about 250 mph!! Bugatti is recognized when you see an oval shaped vent that goes up.. and then down.





The Models are very fancy. Loud too!!!! They made a model in the 1900's. Bugatti 57 Type Atlantic. 700 models made 2 remain. So cra-a-a-a-a-a-a-azy!!! Do you want to see some models???? Take a look!!

Tour of Trash

We went on a garbage tour. We went in a Ford E-450 Superduty (bus) and we found out how tv's refrigerators, and plastic. We went up 2 landfills!! :O! We were very high up. They left trees because there were old gravestones. So they left the trees there. I saw a lot of cool cars on the way. In a parking space was a Dodge Challenger. It takes diggers, trucks and other construction vehicles to make landfills to save the planet. For a reason, (?) Jack didn't know that plastic can be recycles. Where do are milk jugs go again??? He is the most smartest of the family and he didn't know that plastic could be recycled!! lol. The tour was very fun and only took 1 hour. That is where Jack and my Dad went to drop off an old SONY tv. Now I know where trash goes to. :D!!

Cars were first invented and car companies 

had wished to make cars like Ford in the  1900’s. Ford made the very first cars, with their very first model, Model T Lizzie, and while people drove around in those cars, they managed to make new models. Now others wanted to make their own company, which they did. Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, you name it. A popular car that was by a other car company Volkswagen made a model called The Volkswagen Beetle or “bug” if you will, was super popular and cheap. Mercedes-Benz you shouldn’t forget about. They made race cars!!!! Their famous Silver Arrow car won many track races. Another early cool car developer and company is you know it, Ferrari. They made fast, cool, and awesome supercars. My grandpa used to have a Ferrari car…… but he sold it. He is working on his own car with a whale pedestal on the front. I wonder what……. It’s pretty cool. It works!!!! I know this because I have ridden in it before. At the time of Volkswagen, people bought, and drove around Beetles. They were popular……… until Chevrolet pops up in the 1950’s. They made super duper famous cars and probably their most favorited car of 1900’s was the Chevrolet Impala. The Beach Boys wrote a song called “409” a song about a famous Chevy Impala that was strong and fast. You know about Lamborghini’s famous supercars……. They started by making these models: Lamborghini Diablo, Lamborghini Miura and the Lamborghini Countach. Countach is actually pronounced “koon-toos” and when the Lamborghini owner saw the drawings of the models, he shouted: COUNTACH! which means, unstoppable, awesome, great, good compliments that you could think of. It is pronounced weird to us here because Lamborghini is an Italian Car Company. Lamborghini was inspired by Ferrari Cars a lot, that he made his own supercar company. It is famous today because of Lamborghini’s inspiration. Today, it still continues to make epic, fast cars. The “Countach” car was equipped with gull-wing doors and Lamborghini liked those doors, so most Lamborghini cars have Gull-wing doors. The “Countach” was the very first mid-engined supercar, I think before Lamborghini or after, which exists now, you know…… Oval with trident. MasERAti!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maserati makes fun, fast, exciting cars. Most famous people have MASERATI cars. Like some famous people that I forgot their names drive Maserati GranTursimo cars, or Maserati GT. Gt stands for GranTursimo. Some people put up car shows, where they show famous cars, like McLaren, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz you name it. On TV there are 2 cars shows that I really know of, Top gear, and Fast N Loud. I didn’t really watch Top gear, I watched Fast N Loud. Gas Monkey Garage, buys broken cars and fixes them or is on the lookout for epic, concept cars. They fixed a hood-destroyed 2005 Ford GT40. It is called the GT40 because it measures 40 inches tall. From orange-redish with white stripes, to a black GMGT40. They made that up. On the front it says GMGT40 which stands for Gas Monkey GranTursimo40. Cool eh? Back to Maserati, their most fastest car model they ever made was the Maserati MC12. Only 50 were produced. It reached a record of 206MPH. That is fast for a car like that. Transmission, Suspension, Brakes, Handling, Acceleration, and Engine upgrades must be played around with, which I mean by “played around with” by tuning it up until the car starts the engine, you have some oil pressure going, step on the forward pedal, BOOM!! Congratulations! You tuned up a car!!!!!! If you are going to make a car, paint, paint oil, gas, gas, engine, cylinder, cylinder, cylinder, cylinder, cylinder, cylinder, cylinder, cylinder, suspension springs, suspension springs, metal front, metal back, metal side L, metal side R gas pedal, you name it. Many times I mean. Before I end the story here are the famous racing car companies that made race cars: MY LIST

2 state birds I learned about

I learned about the Nene Hawaiian Goose ( also know as or pronounced nēnē) and it's species name is "sandvicensis" a word that refers to the Sandwich Islands, an old name for the Hawaiian Islands. It is thought the nene evolved from the Canada Goose.

The Cactus wren, a bird that is the state bird of Arizona is the largest North American wren. Unlike smaller wrens, cactus wrens are easy to see. It has the loudest voice characteristic of wrens.

              WB lived with his Grandpa William. His dad died when he was one and later in the book his mom does too. So his mom marries another guy and moves away. So when he was six his grandpa gave him a sheep named Mercy. He memorized the shepherd part of bible. Soon he went to school. His grandpa died :( :( :( :( So sad. He now lived with his Uncle, his stepbrother i think,  and his stepsister. Later his stepsister dies! He went to school and made a new friend named Sam. He learned to read. Then WB soon married Dorthy Bradford and had a kid named John. Then he sailed to Plymouth and his wife drowned. Then he suddenly met Squanto and became governor of Plymouth and make Thanksgiving.

Hummingbirds tongue. A hummingbird just licks its food right? Well nope! A hummingbirds sucks it's food up like a pump. The tongue has 2 tubes that suck in the nectar and suck it up!                   People thought they licked it with their beaks.

9/11/01 is very sad. These muslim terrorists hijacked 4 planes D: . They crashed planes into the Pentagon, the Twin Towers, and in a Pennsylvania field. The twin towers were 2 separate towers. The one that crashed into the field was thought to be heading to the White House :O. I feel bad for everyone that died in the plane crashes and the collapsing towers and the fire! It was a sad day September Eleventh, 2001. Over 2000 were killed. D; . They have a memorial every year. Where the Twin Towers were, they are replaced with a fountain that has a big stone railing that says the name of all the people who died D:    So today they shot up lights in the sky D:

The Lost Colony (kinda creepy)

The Lost Colony was in action before 1590 and the colony vanished in 1590. The only clue left of the  colony was these words marked on a tree "Croatoan" meaning....... no one knows. Do you know the WALTER Magazines that you get in NC? That was from Sir Walter Raleigh. They went in NC, and Jamestown. They might have thought that "Croatoan" carved meant a type of Indian or people from the Lost Colony was murdered. About 117 men, women and children went missing near the coast of Outer Banks.

117 People of England went to start a colony for Queen Elizabeth I.  The Captain refused to sail them any further than Roanoke island. So the colony stopped there to settle.  Some sailed back to England because of a storm. Then a drought happened. The worst in the state of North Carolina. They went missing. And on a tree there was a word Croatoan. IT IS CREEPY! They were either ambushed by the Croatoan or they went to Croatoan island. The leader's ring was found on Croatoan island. So that is a clue that some of them went to Croatoan or some went inland. Recently pottery has been found that is from the same time as the Roanoke settlement. And some descendants are still alive. It could have been 2 people named James Payne and Michael Payne who share the same ancestor.... James lives in England and Michael lives in North Carolina. This still remains a mystery today. Some Payne ancestors are found all over NC and the UK. People still struggle to find the truth.
